Meet Ilona
Ilona is a queer reader and writer born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has been enjoying the written word for as long as she can remember and can’t imagine life any other way.
As a reader, Ilona will pick up any book she can get her hands on. Some of her favorite genres include fantasy, mysteries & thrillers, horror, with a bit of romance thrown in. When it comes to writing, Ilona has written just about every genre and format possible. Some of her current works in progress include Show Me Your Teeth, a queer supernatural novel, Fat Girl, a coming-of-age novel about self-love, an untitled queer fantasy series, and Hex House, a horror feature screenplay.
Ilona also has experience with copywriting & copyediting for social media, writing blog posts on various subjects relating to creativity & social media marketing, fiction, and non-fiction, and more. She’s always looking for a challenge and loves learning new things.
